How do I apply the FREE Shipping promo?
I offer FREE Standard Shipping to Canada and the U.S. on orders of Stickers, Ready To Ship Cards, Ready To Ship Wall Art, Bibs, and Coasters totalling $45 (CAD) or more. This option will appear at checkout if your subtotal of the eligible products listed above, after discounts and before shipping and any applicable taxes, meets the minimum requirement. Select this method of shipment from the options provided and proceed with checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have reached the minimum requirement of the eligible products, but have another product in your cart that doesn't qualify for the free shipping promo (for example: a mug), you will see a shipping cost. This is for the shipping of the other product (as the products that are not a part of the shipping promo ship separately from my production facilities). You are still receiving the free shipping on the eligible products if the above criteria has been met.
I would like to order one of your designs on one of your products, but I don't see it listed. Can it be done?
If you would like any of my designs on a product you don't see a listing for, please let me know and I'd be more than happy to make that happen! For most products this can be done, there are a few exceptions including Coasters and Ready to Ship Cards where it is only the products listed that are available at that time.
When will I get my order?
On average, all orders take 5-7 business days for production. Once shipped, shipping times vary. Please visit my Shop Policies page for full details on shipping times.
Will my order have a tracking number?
Certain products shipped from Canada are sent via regular mail and will not have a tracking number. This is to provide you with the most cost-efficient shipping price. These products include: Stickers, Ready To Ship Cards, Ready To Ship Wall Art, Bibs, and Coasters. There is a shipping upgrade available if you wish to have tracking info for your package.
Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
As the majority of products are made to order and I try my best to start production as soon as possible, I do not accept cancellations. Please feel free to contact me if there are any issues you noticed after placing your order, and I can do my best to help resolve it for you!
Can I return or exchange my order?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order!
Where do you ship to?
I offer shipping to Canada and the U.S.
I am located outside of Canada and the U.S., can I place an order?
At this time, we do not offer shipping to countries outside of Canada and the United States, however you can still purchase any of our print at home products. These are digital downloads that you will receive in an email which you will be able to print from your home computer.

Where do you ship your products from?
The following products are produced and shipped from Ontario, Canada: Stickers, Ready To Ship Cards, Ready To Ship Wall Art, Bibs, and Coasters. All other products are produced and shipped from my production facilities located in Canada and the U.S. In extreme instances of a stock shortage due to high volume, your order may be shipped out from one of my production facilities located in Europe or Mexico. This is done in an effort to get your order out to you in a timely manner.
