Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping Times
The average production time prior to an order being shipped is 5-7 business days.

Once production has been completed and the order has been shipped the average shipping duration for the post are shown below. I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose and the postal service.

Canada: 5-12 business days
United States: 5-12 business days

Please note that due to the unfortunate circumstance of COVID-19, there has been an increase in postal delays due to high parcel volumes with the post and travel restrictions. As this matter is out of my control, I am not responsible for extended shipping times. I will always do my best to get your order out as soon as it's ready in the 5-7 business days I outlined for production time. Thank you for your understanding during these difficult times.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
